Serum were collected from wild-type BALB/c mice (n=6, 8 weeks old) and HO hCD19(BALB/c) mice (n=6, 8 weeks old), and analyzed by ELISA with anti-mIgM ELISA kit. Serum IgM levels were detectable and comparable between wild-type BALB/c mice and homozygous (HO) hCD19(BALB/c) knockin mice.

Compared with WT BALB/c mice, male hCD19 (BALB/c) mice exhibited a modest decrease in serum IgG concentrations, while no significant differences were observed in the female humanized mice.
